For eligible tickets, if your attorney is unable to obtain a dismissal or deferred disposition of your ticket, Michael & Associates will refund your legal fee in full for that ticket.

Eligibility

Eligibility is determined at the time of your quote and shown on your quote page. Tickets are generally not eligible when any of the following apply:

You hold a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
The citation involves an accident
The charge is a criminal (Penal Code) offense or parking violation

Conditions

You must provide accurate ticket information and respond to reasonable requests from your legal team.
The guarantee is void if your ticket is already in warrant status, past its appearance date at time of booking, or if you miss a required court appearance.
The refund covers your legal fee only — not court fines or costs assessed by the court.

Every booking may be cancelled for a full refund within one business day of payment, for any reason.
